Our adult functional training provides a more condensed version of the sports performance program, lasting an hour in length. The adult programs are tailored specifically to the needs of each training client, whether one’s goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation, increased strength/flexibility, or simply just to get a great workout. We focus on each workout to improve soft tissue quality and flexibility, increase upper and lower body power, to build full body strength and to enhance cardiovascular fitness.
Small groups are capped at five people, 75 mins and generally done in groups of two or three sessions per week, being billed bi-weekly. Sessions are $25 per person and by appointment.
